No. We're an independent comparison site. We use affiliate links (which is how we pay for hosting), but we're not owned by or partnered with any VPN provider.
Can you help me with VPN technical support?
We can't provide support for specific VPN products—you'll need to contact the VPN provider directly. But we're happy to answer general questions about VPN technology.
Do you accept paid reviews or sponsored content?
No. Our comparisons are based on our own research. We don't accept payment to review products or adjust rankings.
How often do you update your comparisons?
We review and update our data regularly, typically monthly for major providers. If you notice something out of date, please let us know.
